The Fette Compacting Group’s Code of Conduct provides a binding framework for our daily conduct. It translates our shared values into clear standards and guides decision-making and collaboration across the company.
It defines the fundamental rules for lawful and responsible behavior in the business environment and ensures consistent compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
At the same time, it fosters a work environment characterized by integrity, respect, and fair conduct, and forms the foundation for trusted partnerships with our business partners throughout the entire value chain.
The Code of Conduct applies globally to the Management Board, all executives, and all employees of the Fette Compacting Group.

We work with suppliers who share our values: fair working conditions, safety, integrity, and sustainability. Procurement decisions are based on quality, service, price, and ethical standards – never on unethical conduct.
Our Code of Conduct is aligned with international standards such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the UN Global Compact. Together with our partners, we rely on transparency and continuous development to promote sustainable business practices.
Our commitment to honest and transparent reporting.
We support our employees and business partners in behaving correctly in every situation. Compliance incidents can be reported to our whistleblowing system without fear of sanctions.
